Obama Budget Selectively Cuts 2012 Spending; What the Budget Says About Us; Obama, GOP Duck Hardest Cuts; A Catchy Slogan for the House GOP: Eat the Future…These were some of the headlines in today’s Oregonian for articles and Op-Eds about the budget debate. Here’s some good advice, in no particular order: “Aries-Movers and shakers are not successful by guessing. They’re successful by planning and organization.” “Gemini- Never trespass. Before you rest on your laurels, you need to be sure they offer plenty of support and are actually yours.” “Cancer-Your money is safe and guaranteed to flourish if you stick to a long term plan…” and “If Feb. 15 is your birthday: Get your priorities straight between now and the end of March, while much can be achieved where business, job, finances and career are concerned…The year ahead is one in which you will be less competitive and more willing to make sacrifices in order to keep the peace.”
