The morning after the violence at Oakland, the Washington Post decided to accompany its story about the incident, where the police used teargas and non-lethal bullets on non-violent protesters, and critically injured one veteran who was protesting, with a photo of a cop petting a cat. How cute! There has been quite a bit of blowback, including Mother Jones’  “Important Moments in KittyCop History.” To that, we add one more.
