The whole paper is designed to be read in the span of a subway ride, so it is usually pretty sparse with information.A.M New York had the usual assortment of fluff news and human interest stories, but there was one Associated Press article that held my attention and got me thinking. The article was about the mismanagement reports at the Dover Air Force Base mortuary. The accusations include losing a dead soldier’s ankle, and sawing off a fallen Marine’s arm bone.Whether you are for or against U.S military presence abroad, the remains of these soldiers deserve to be handled with dignity, respect and honor.
