Chris Chappell is a self taught artist from Louisville, Kentucky. Chappell is fascinated and inspired by many things but mostly just life itself. If life is made up of tragedy and joy, he finds himself directly in the middle of that middle. Chappell’s subject matter is tragic and joyous images colliding, making up the life he knows. He often uses acrylic or aerosol or pen or video or glass.
